On-Call Household Organizer amp; Personal Assistant - $40/Hour


Your Mission

As our Household Organizer amp; Personal Assistant, your main goal is to make our lives smoother and happier by taking on a variety of tasks that keep our household in impeccable shape. If you have a knack for making spaces shine and love the satisfaction that comes with a well-organized drawer or a completed to-do list, you're the right fit for us!

Core Responsibilities

1. Space Organization: Give every item a home, from clothes to tools, within closets, drawers, and even the garage.

2. Errands Extraordinaire: Handle tasks like dry cleaning drop-offs, grocery shopping, and returns to make our lives easier.

3. Automotive Care: Keep our car in check think fueling up, air pressure, basic maintenance, and a sparkling exterior.

4. Laundry amp; Linens: Wash, fold, and organize clothes, plus switch out bed linens to make our rooms inviting.

5. Package Management: Open and organize deliveries so we can enjoy our online shopping hassle-free.

6. Supplemental Cleaning: We have a regular housekeeper, but your touch will be needed for spot cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas.

7. Daily Tidying: Make beds, wash dishes, and take out the trash to keep our home picture-perfect.

8. Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling, message handling, basic research, and more to keep our lives in order.

9. Household MVP: Be willing to tackle any task that arises to keep our home in tip-top shape and maximize our free time.


About Us

We are busy entrepreneurs working from our cozy ranch-style home in the St. Matthew’s area of Louisville. Our home is pet and child-free, and we maintain a clean and organized environment. Your help allows us to focus on our business and enjoy our home even more.


Work Schedule amp; Financial Stability

This is not your typical part-time role; it’s more of an on-call position with varying hours. When we're in town, you might work as much as 30 hours in a week or as little as 2 hours. During our travels, which can last from a few weeks to a few months, there won't be any work available. As such, this gig is best suited for someone who is looking for a supplementary income rather than a steady paycheck. By taking on this role, you acknowledge that the income is supplementary and irregular. You should have other means to cover your basic living expenses.

Hiring Process

1. A 20-minute Zoom interview to get to know you better.

2. A paid trial run of approximately 10-15 hours to evaluate fit.

3. If all goes well, welcome aboard!

Onboarding Requirements: Proof of a valid driver's license, background check, and signed confidentiality agreement.
