Overview of Position:
The Employee Experience Coordinator is an integral and highly visible role supporting client requests for services ranging from general research, travel planning to creating articles, and benefits awareness.

This is a full-time (40 hour) position, offering an attractive Monday to Friday schedule, no nights or weekends!

Compensation for this role starts at $21 per hour

Requirements

  • Consistently provide uncompromising customer service in a professional, structured environment
  • Delight members by completing research for members requesting personal services such as dining reservations and suggestions, flower orders, and gift baskets for special occasions, ticket inquiries, locating hard to find items, and product comparisons.
  • Prioritize requests and monitor daily deliverables
  • Respond to client requests in a professional, calm, courteous, and timely manner, without exception.
  • Promote meaningful relationships through engaging in informed conversation via phone, video conferencing, in-person, and email.
  • Create articles regarding local events and happenings
  • Host tabling events showcasing the benefits offered by the client
  • Project an approachable and professional image, with adherence to company’s dress code policy
  • Being go to resource for benefits information
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Specific Competencies Required

Knowledge and Experience

  • Must be able to demonstrate customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Extensive use of computer with experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent listening skills and telephone skills
  • Excellent professional communication and interfacing with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
