We're on the hunt for a Senior Event Management Specialist who is both passionate about their work and meticulous in their approach. The successful candidate will spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of our worldwide event activities. This includes everything from traditional trade shows and intimate community meet-ups to digital events.

1. Lead the development, logistics, and strategy for global Katalon events, conferences, communities meet-ups, and as required.
2. Create and manage a master project plan for each event, coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product marketing, etc.) to ensure the proper planning and execution of the selected events.
3. Develop and maintain a detailed budget for each event, ensuring margins are met or exceeded.
4. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and vendors, managing everything from initial sourcing through contract negotiation and onsite execution.
5. Oversee all onsite operations including staffing, registration, attendee and sponsor experience, speaker and session scheduling.
6. Establish processes and standard operating procedures for repeatable and scalable event activities.

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with community members, sponsors, and vendors.
5. Passion for creating a memorable attendee experience.
6. Advanced understanding of budgets, financial figures, and Pamp;Ls.
7. Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve in real-time.
8. Eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Must-have

• 3-5 years in event management, with at least 3 years managing a large-scale trade show or event.
• Experience working with event management agencies and other vendors.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets

• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS and B2B software companies.
