Job Title : Production Operations Coordinator
Location : Burbank
Working Hours : Swing Shift Monday - Friday
Compensation: $25-29/hour
To support our growing global Digital Cinema and Home Entertainment teams, the Production Operations Coordinator role will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Scheduling operational teams appropriately to enable resources to deliver to deadlines across all clients.
- Production coordination of projects across Pixelogic facilities in London, LA and Cairo using proprietary project management/asset management systems.
- Capture metrics for all teams and work with the development team to manage UAT of bug fixes and new features for related software applications.
- Other responsibilities will include involvement in testing of tools and applications, handling associated data entry related to work orders, working with all departments, and providing regular feedback to the Client Services Team, Mastering, GFX, Subtitling and Content Services.
- The ideal candidate will be expected to be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they must be able to work as part of a team that deals with changing priorities and workloads.
- This role is office based.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work quickly and independently, anticipating, recognizing, and resolving problems with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Written and spoken fluency in business English required
- Follow instructions and handle multiple projects in busy production environment
- Must have demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and be extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to work nights and to have flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines
- Passion for problem-solving and eagerness to collaborate
- Demonstrated success in working independently and being a major contributor to productionworkflows that are results-focused
- Forward thinking in understanding the emerging tools, technology and business practices for the digital medium, and progressive in learning the application of these tools and practices
