Job Description

WWC Global is seeking a Pricing Manager to support business development initiatives worldwide in the GovCon sector for professional services and Information Technology. The successful candidate will lead the development of proposal pricing using RFP-provided information and industry estimates, execute salary determinations and justifications, develop pricing models, work within the confines of the defined proposal structure, and adhere to the pricing strategy for a variety of contract types included but not limited to Cost Plus, Time and Material, and Firm Fixed Price efforts. The successful candidate will work in concert with the Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, Capture, and Proposal teams to help Black Hat competitors pricing, build models for pricing various scenarios, and ultimately be responsible for the writing of the pricing volumes for proposals. This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and cost narratives in support of proposals submitted to the government.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assume responsibility for the preparation of a fully compliant and competitive cost and pricing volume, establishing, and coordinating schedules, cost/price model development, price-to-win analysis, and cost narrative with minimal supervision for all prime and subcontract bids.
  • Participate in the gate review process to provide inputs on the viability of pricing strategies.
  • Lead Green Team Pricing reviews during the proposal process.
  • Participate in proposal reviews ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Develop win themes, discriminators, and proposal messaging regarding pricing strategies.
  • Assist significantly with proposal development by leading pricing discussions in black hat reviews.
  • Develop detailed cost/pricing models and complete pricing documents using Excel, based on solicitation requirements with minimal supervision.
  • Develop LOE estimates and write BOEs.
  • Formulate a recommendation and present in a clear/concise manner for executive approval.
  • Interface with the capture manager, program manager, human resource director, proposal operations including (writers and technical personnel) in the preparation of the cost proposal.
  • Calculate and brief the impact on profitability of subcontracts.
  • Create a pricing intelligence repository and to maintain continuously updated information on various agency prices sensitivities, agency budgets, to include feedback from after action reviews on wins and losses.
  • Develop best practices for pricing, based on the improved use of data and market knowledge to support decisions.

Expected salary range: $120,000 - $180,000

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Travel:
