Billing Manager

T2 Group is assisting Mobileonedocs in actively seeking a dedicated Billing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Billing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our billing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the billing department, ensuring accurate and timely claims submission.

• Maintain knowledge of current healthcare billing regulations and coding practices.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to optimize cash flow.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Review and process insurance claims, patient statements, and billing inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry changes, coding updates, and compliance requirements.
• Lead and mentor billing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Generate financial reports and analyze billing data to support decision-making.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 of experience in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management.
• Experience with home-based primary care billing
• Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a billing team.
