Food Warehouse Picker

Job Description
Our Warehouse Pickers are responsible for:
- Picking raw ingredients for the production team.
- Inspecting ingredients for quality.
- Assisting in inventory process through a WMS system.
- Ensuring food waste is minimized and follow food safety guidelines (storing food properly, FIFO) inspecting bags for leaks prior to being packed into boxes.
- Utilization of modern boxing machines to package bags of product into boxes.
- Ensure packaging lines have supplies readily available to minimize downtime.
- Scheduling 5 days a week with Saturday always being a day off (no guarantee that days off will be consecutive).
- Must adhere to company safety standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to work at a fast pace throughout shift
- Able to work in cold and wet environment (38-40 degrees) for multiple hours
- Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse.
- Able to lift, bend and twist as well as standing on your feet throughout every shift
