As a Global Talent Sourcer, you’ll be the talent scout who uses various methods to find potential candidates, engage with those who might not be actively looking, and start building a pool of talent for our future hiring needs.
If you’re good at making connections, have a knack for finding candidates through different channels, and enjoy exploring various roles, we’d be thrilled to hear from you!
You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers and will be instrumental in piecing together our hiring puzzle and making sure we find exceptional candidates who share our ROLLER’s values, vision and goals.
You will be part of a fun Pamp;C Team and have a genuine passion for providing an amazing candidate experience whilst being a key member of the ROLLER team and success! Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be able to build some strong, collaborative relationships with various stakeholders at all levels across the world!
- Provide an amazing candidate experience, communicating our mission, values and incredible culture
- Interact with potential candidates on different platforms and professional networks
- Craft amp; send recruitment emails or messaging
- Partner with hiring managers to identify their talent needs to be able to source the right candidates
- Think creatively about talent attraction. Proactively engaging with talent and creating talent pools for all teams on a global scale
- Bring your passion for technology as well as an understanding of different role types
- Immerse yourself in our EVP campaigns articulating our culture and vibe to the market
- Ensure our ATS (Workable soon to be Greenhouse) is accurate and up to date with all information as well as being able to find further efficiencies
About You
You are someone who enjoys the challenge of seeking out potential candidates, creating engaging connections, and building talent pipelines. You bring a keen eye for detail, an approachable personality, and a passion for helping individuals discover their best fit within ROLLER
- Demonstrated experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and creating talent pools for a wide range of roles whilst engaging with them on a regular basis
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and market insights
- An ability to consult, influence, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders through your strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for fast-growing tech businesses where you can build effective, cohesive and high performing teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex challenges while collaborating with stakeholders
- You’re a team player and happy to roll your sleeves up and hustle when needed
