Title: Jr Mulesoft, Data Integrations Engineer
As a Jr Mulesoft, Data Integrations Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing the technical solution for establishing and maintaining the automated data acquisitions that feed out core products.
Your primary responsibilities involve utilizing AWS, Mulesoft, and other tools to map out the data flows and establish automations to acquire, transform and offer specific data sets related to our clients to the main data processing platform. This role requires a firm understanding of data sequencing, APIs, business process flow diagramming, and extensive problem-solving capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Map the data requirements and data sequences required to acquire customer data sets and ensure a high degree of data quality before data is moved to the main processing platform.
- Take ownership of building and maintaining integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Harness your fundamental knowledge of programming and your experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) to craft highly efficient integration processes.
- Utilize your knowledge of integration technologies, encompassing APIs, REST, XML, and JSON, to ensure the smooth and accurate transfer of data.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to grasp the nuances of business requirements and meticulously design integrations that unequivocally meet those needs.
- Keep a watchful eye on the ever-evolving landscape of integration tools and technologies, actively seeking opportunities for growth and improvement within our integration architecture.
- Monitor the performance and health of data integration solutions, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration processes, configurations, and solutions, enabling easy knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in data integration and API development.

- Some hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python).

Preferred, but not required:
- Experience with MuleSoft or familiarity with other integration platforms.
- Background in business/data analysis.
