Job Description
Mori is seeking a customer facing professional with a desire to seamlessly onboard new customers and new products within existing customer base. A collaborative individual with a desire to win while ensuring the existing customer base is professionally attended to with frequent touchpoints.

The candidate will be responsible for organic growth, pricing and while making new market recommendations. A Strong communicator internally as well as externally is imperative.

Of vital importance is knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform with the ability and knowledge to implement, train and administer the platform daily, enhancing the system and making the necessary recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain revenue, identify opportunities and manage progress through commercial pipeline.
  • CRM Expert with a high level of competency and knowledge and ability to deal with system administration, problem solving and train others.
  • Partner with Customer to identify challenges and resolve them quickly.
  • Partner cross divisionally to onboard new clients with speed and precision.
  • Partner within and across teams to continuously improve end-to-end commercial pipeline efficiency and predictability.
  • Ability to present at every level including C Suite.
  • Guide efficient Business Development qualification across customer stage gate, focusing on the most impactful levers.
  • Negotiating skills, a must, proven ability to close business and maintain profitability.
  • Support sales leads in customer engagement strategy (meeting preparation, facilitation, follow ups), onboarding and deployment strategy, growth and expansion planning.
  • Partner with Technical Services, Ramp;D and Product teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue bookings and billings; implement operational improvements and adapt as we continue to scale.
  • Well versed in price negotiation, identifying customer profitability and executing closure on new business.

Location: Remote with 10% Travel Expectation

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of technical sales, revenue operations, pricing experience.
  • CRM Experience is essential.
  • Natural curiosity for customer challenges and intuition for asking questions to derive qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Process-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with ability to define, adapt, and prioritize against evolving business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: motivated to identify process improvements and keen eye for developing operationally-sound, streamlined solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with keen ability to translate Mori value propositions to customer contexts.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with keen ability to translate commercial needs and benefits across Mori’s organization.
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Proven understanding of CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to scope, implement, and manage these platforms effectively.
