As the VP of Operations with SALT you will be responsible for all operational policies and procedures that are employed by our group of orthodontic and pediatric practices. This position reports to the COO and partners with leadership and team members of SALT, including Orthodontists, Pediatric Dentists and office staff who work at the practices, to optimize operations and grow our multi-location business. The VP of Operations will direct and oversee activities to manage and improve company operations that favorably impact the processes and policies of the group. The position will manage all personnel, administrative, and practice level activities that contribute to the business within SALT.
Requirements
• 5+ years of demonstrated senior leadership experience in Dental Operations/Support for a multi-location practice with revenue exceeding $20M annually.
• Proven track record of creation and implementation of multi-location growth and profitability initiatives that were highly successful.
• Enhanced understanding of how to build a successful dental practice; complete with new patient capture initiatives that are proven over time.
• Deep experience working and collaborating with Orthodontists and Pediatric Dentists understanding the key factors of success within a local practice.
• Demonstrated success implementing orthodontic processes, including centralizing activities in-house and among vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to create short and long-term strategic plans, KPI’s and forecasts while delivering strong financial results.
• Strong track record of creating and leading a collaborative, highly productive work environment, with a relentless focus on providing exceptional performance.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels within the organization.
• Possess a strong, intrinsic drive to be successful.
• Ability to balance speed and decisiveness with quality of decisions.
This position requires travel.
