The Senior Delivery Manager leads and inspires digital transformation. They hold a paramount role in aligning teams and enhancing client relationships. Their experience, instincts, and expert knowledge are vital in directing client and internal teams toward achieving mutual goals.

Roles amp; Responsibilities

The Senior Delivery Manager ensures the flawless planning, execution, and delivery of complex and high-stakes client projects amp; solutions, including the orchestration of resources, finances, and deliverables. The role demands leadership in safeguarding project scope, timeline, milestones and budget. This role will also focus on ensuring the exceptional planning, implementation, and delivery of client projects amp; solutions. Leadership in these areas will cultivate client loyalty, repeat business, and alignment with our core values.

  • Oversee multiple complex projects ensuring high client satisfaction and successful delivery with strategic leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales/VP Delivery on contract lifecycle management, especially those nearing expiration, and identify further client opportunities.
  • Guide project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring excellence in execution and risk mitigation.
  • Lead project teams through daily and weekly Agile ceremonies, monitoring team progress and proactively identifying dependencies requiring resolution.
  • Lead client escalations with strategic insights, always emphasizing customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps prioritizing customer success and potential for repeat business.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on project status, financials, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in the review of Statements of Work and create change requests as necessary to update and extend the project scope.
  • Foster agile methodologies, aligning them with client goals and strategic delivery.
  • Expertly manage Green Irony’s Salesforce Delivery tools and financials, focusing on accountability and precision in invoicing.
  • Deepen relationships with clients emphasizing long-term collaboration and understanding their ongoing needs.
  • Use core competencies such as Enterprise API Strategy and Integration Projects to align projects with organizational architecture.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, relationship-building, and successful delivery leading to repeat business.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading Agile project teams daily as part of the SDLC lifecycle, from project inception to completion.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment, with a preference for those familiar with Salesforce and Mulesoft platforms.
  • Industry experience in transportation amp; logistics and/or travel amp; hospitality is highly desired. However, experience with clients outside of these verticals is also valuable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on cultivating long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to direct cross-functional teams across clients, vendors, and Green Irony.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% if required.
