We're seeking an experienced Partner Operations Manager to join our Customer Experience team, where you’ll be responsible for service delivery and operational excellence across Oura's partner locations. This encompasses overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing remote team performance, and establishing strong collaborative ties with partner management to ensure they consistently meet predefined service levels and performance metrics Your ability to drive operational excellence and enhance partner relationships will be key to our success.

What you will do:

  • Manage service delivery at our third-party partners in multiple locations worldwide, ensuring service levels and metrics are consistently met per contractual agreements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, fostering a culture that reflects Oura's values
  • Act as an escalation point for partner-related issues and concerns, resolving them effectively and promptly
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage the rhythm of the business leading weekly and monthly business reviews
  • Create operational playbooks for how we launch and manage our third-party partners
  • Prepare partner teams for success by working with internal and external teams to create operational plans to support product, marketing, and partnership launches
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally (up to 50% a year)

You’ll be based out of our SF office or remote within the U.S.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience including 1+ year in people management in partner operations management at an IT/Hightech, Consumer Electronics or - Health company or start-up
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding time management, and organization skills
  • Experience using Zendesk, Jira, GSuite, and WFM tools preferred
  • BA/BS degree preferred

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1 $95,000- $108,000
  • Region 2 $90,250 - $102,600
  • Region 3 $85,500- $97,200
