Accounting Associate

Charlotte Mechanical, a well-known area contractor, has an immediate need for a full time AR Administrator in our Accounting Department.

This position will handle a variety of functions in Accounts Receivable with emphasis on billing. Including, but not limited to: pay application entry and additional support functions.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment while still being able to work independently and self start.

Requirements

• AR / office experience or equivalent is helpful.
• Data entry / 10-Key preferred with attention to accuracy.
• Microsoft Office suite and Adobe
• Experience with AIA billing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to details.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Training is provided for all duties.
