Job Description

This is a fully and permanently remote work from home opportunity with a growing and stable company available in select states across the US: AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, MI, MN, NC, NE, TX, UT, VA

The wage range for this position is $77,000 - $80,000 with On-Target-Earnings for the role being up to $110,000 upon meeting targets.

The Role

Responsible for driving new opportunities for partners while cultivating and maintaining growing relationships with established partners. Identify, research and qualify partnerships. Coordinates with management and decision makers to build mutual referral agreements aligned with corporate strategy. Responsible for communicating market trends, successes, and opportunities across the sales team. Will travel to trade shows, create and present materials. Must have the maturity, confidence, professionalism and energy to roll up their sleeves, call on senior management, and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Essential Functions

Partner Prospecting

  • Grows Partnerships through prospecting and promotion of services, resulting in increased referrals to plan
  • Gathers, organizes, and analyzes information of targeted partners and competitive information for use in potential proposals/agreements
  • Responds to requests for information and proposal from current or potential partners
  • Develops and nurture strong business relationships with existing partners
  • Conducts webinars, represents company at tradeshows and conferences
  • Through solid understanding of the technical aspects of the product and effectively communicates the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions, and other frequently asked questions

Business Development

  • Support other sales roles with partner prospecting and lead conversion
  • Work closely with sales leaders and marketing department for ongoing communication and messaging to partner channel
  • Update/Create Business Development presentation materials, when necessary.
  • Represent Guidant in the highest professional manner

Reporting / Administration

  • Provide other departments visibility to Business Development department activities
  • Track all relevant call and conversion activity
  • Continually refine and improve processes to increase effectiveness.
  • Collaborate successfully with Director of Sales to optimize team selling productivity and other initiatives

Additional Functions

  • Brainstorming with the team. Complex questions and situations come up regularly and we don’t do-it alone.

Requirements

  • Must be 25 years of age (May need to rent a car)
  • 3-5 years’ sales or business development experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Related field preferred
  • Excited to work in a fast-moving, high-growth company to drive revenue growth and advance in a career in sales
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Desire amp; ability to communicate/interact with others amp; promote teamwork
  • Computer literacy (word processing, database, Excel, PowerPoint, email), Salesforce experience preferred
  • Work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
