What does success look like from the inside?

  • Self driven learning: Seen as a partner by clients in their area of specialism. Fluency in the BOI proposition/strategy/offering - communicates this externally in ways that engage clients/candidates.
  • Business development: Is building a network, is actively thinking about up/cross sell and bringing in others to support/implement - without a template or a standing meeting. You will be actively building your existing client networks to build strategic, profitable, long-term relationships as well as driving proposals and pitches to win exciting new work.


How you’ve gotten here
  • You bring in 7+ years of relevant experience in an innovation / product management in consumer brands
  • You have ran successful (complex) corporate brand strategy projects A to Z as part of an agency/consultancy
  • You exhibit a clear preference for incorporating AI into the innovation process
  • You are eligible to work in the USA and you’re excited to work from our NYC office a few times a week
  • You are skilled in designing and executing impactful evaluative and generative experiments using digital tools. You're interested in quantifying things.
  • You have contributed significantly to business development before by closing new deals/partnerships (+650K)
