Job Description

Composed of the Atria Academy of Science and Medicine, the not-for-profit Atria Health Collaborative and The Atria Institute in New York City, we unite the world’s leading medical minds, cutting-edge technology, and breakthrough science to deliver proactive, preventative care to our patients, and to democratize access to modern medicine globally.

Atria provides concierge primary healthcare with a distinct focus on maximizing both healthspan and lifespan. Customers (referred to as members) pay an all-inclusive annual fee that includes all care, diagnostics, and imaging provided at the Atria Institute, in-home, and via telemedicine. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventative healthcare is complex, but we believe it's worth it and that everyone should have access to this level of care. Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time.

Role Overview:

As the Product Manager for the Care Delivery Platform team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the systems and tools used by Atria's clinical and operations teams to deliver excellent care to members. You'll work closely with Engineering and other internal stakeholders to ensure staff have seamless access to member information and other data needed to meet service level agreements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects to enhance Atria's care delivery platforms and tools, including Athena, Dock Health, Zendesk, Tableau, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop features that help staff meet proactive and reactive care delivery SLAs.
  • Design self-service analytics solutions that enable quick access to data.
  • Prioritize product enhancements based on feedback, data, and company goals.
  • Monitor usage metrics and staff feedback to improve platform usability and value.
  • Prioritize projects based on their impact on care delivery efficacy and quality.
  • Champion the internal staff perspective, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of clinical and operational workflows and pain points.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member journey.

Success Outcomes:

  • Members resonate with the statement "Atria worries about my health so I don't have to."
  • Atria clinical staff consistently meet care delivery and quality SLAs.
  • High user engagement with care delivery platforms.
  • Clinical and operations staff can quickly access accurate data themselves.
  • Increase in staff productivity and work satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a product manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector or other sectors with both physical and digital aspects.
  • Experience managing technology products supporting complex operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Benefits

At Atria, we are proud to offer every member of the Atria team:

  • Excellent health and wellness benefits, 100% paid by Atria
  • Time to give back and make an impact in underserved communities
