Captivation Software has an immediate need for a junior/mid level software engineer will support development of the new RAD tool, merging existing Agency tools and enterprise solutions into a modernized, converged architecture. The Back-End Java software engineer will collaborate with system engineers and software engineers to design, develop, install, deploy, operate, and manage the back-end RAD architecture, working to integrate the new RAD tool with existing Agency tools and enterprise solutions.
Requirements
Security Clearance:
- Must currently hold a Top Secret / SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree can be substituted for two (2) years experience

Benefits
- Annual Salary: $210,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the years of experience)
