Responsibilities
-Oversee performance of daily activities and ensure that quality is up to Verve standards.
- Manage team workflow, employee sub-function assignments, and task prioritization to meet the evolving demands of order volume batched for daily fulfillment.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Contribute to a positive culture of work ethic, safety, open communication, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Problem-solve and demonstrate strong personal initiative.
- Maintains cleanliness amp; organization of the production floor, annex warehouse, and merchandise room.
- Develop and retain superior talent.
- Function as a point person in training new employees on all production tasks.
- Monitor employee punctuality and report discrepancies to the Supervisors.
-Directly contribute and point person to drive all order fulfillment sub-functions incl., package prep, package fill, product staging, order pick/pack, quality assurance, customer invoicing, order staging, and van load out.
- Accurately pack orders for shipping and delivery.
- Help track all KPI’s during each fulfillment cycle.
- Serve as the main point of contact for quality checks throughout the fulfillment process.
- Processing invoices and web orders through Shipstation and Quickbooks.
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures, safety and sanitation policies, opening/closing protocols, etc.
-Offer relevant, thoughtful ideas and suggestions for improving operational efficiency.
- Proficiency with GSuite, Slack, and other tech platforms.
Requirements
-Promote teamwork within the production department.
- Safely operate a pallet jack and be willing to become forklift certified.
- Problem-solve and demonstrating strong personal initiative.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement.
- Take pride in your work and your workstations.
-Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays
Qualifications
-Excellent communication skills.
- Superior organizational, planning, and time management skills
-Work well individually and with a team.
- Safely lift 50 lbs. Unassisted.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in any given situation
