Senior Graphic Designer

At F45, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Someone who brings passion, energy, talent and a shared belief in the power of creative thinking is ideal. As our Senior Designer, you will join the Marketing team and be responsible for working closely with the Creative Director to create thoughtful on-brand creative work. This includes effectively communicating brand and product information through social, print, digital, and interactive deliverables. You are a highly motivated, good under pressure and a nimble self-starter, well versed in creating visually compelling content. You have advanced knowledge and working experience of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Must be comfortable using the Google Suite, Slack and task managers like Asana.

This role is a fully remote role so efficiency, trust, transparency and communication, along with high work ethics are imperative for a successful relationship. Ideal candidate will work PST/CST zones.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration:

• Work with our CD and marketing teams to create strong idea-driven creative work all in line with our brand DNA.

Creativity:

• Maintain a level of excellence in all creative areas with a keen eye for typography, graphic design, illustration, photography, and all other design elements.

Bring to Life:

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative creative assets that meet design and business needs.

Ownership:

• Follow projects from brief to final approval, ensuring the integrity of the brand throughout.

Face to Face:

• Comfortable presenting your ideas to team members

Understanding the Market:

• Be up to speed with the latest creative trends with an understanding of the fitness / health and wellness sector

Goals:

• Balance creative decisions with our business needs - finding ways to ensure all creative work is not just beautifully done, but delivers on our goal

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer in a deadline-driven, fast-paced agency or in-house creative department
• Must have an outstanding portfolio that demonstrates a high level of original design creativity in the print and digital realms
• Expert-level abilities with Adobe Suite software especially Photoshop (for retouching), InDesign and Illustrator
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with our project managers to prioritize own work and communicate delays or likely delivery times with clarity
• Sense of humor is a must
