Position Description
The Product Analyst works proactively with appropriate stakeholders and product team members to research and plan new business opportunities.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant experience
- Proven experience in healthcare, with a focus on EHRs or other relevant healthcare software
- Proficiency in market research tools, competitive analysis methodologies, and data visualization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry trends
- Strong plus: experience with practice management or other healthcare software
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic growth avenues
- Assess feasibility and viability of proposed opportunities
- Conduct in-depth market research, and analyze market data to assess opportunities
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze product data and extract insights to inform new business strategies
- Work with clients and external vendors/partners to research and gather requirements
- Stay on top of industry trends, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements
- Write clear business requirements/documents
- Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
- Validate product updates to ensure all requirements are met
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings
- Adaptable to perform other duties as needed
