Jumpstart:HR, LLC, an HR and Recruitment management consulting firm, is seeking a part-time contract Digital Marketing and Community Coordinator to join our team. As a Digital Marketing and Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and instill a sense of connectedness and belonging with members of our client and social community members. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our company. This position pays between $20 and $30/hour depending on experience and fit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate interested leads
- Grow our email list through effective lead generation campaigns and list nurturing activities
- Oversee our digital social community for HR professionals (via Mighty Networks)
- Create and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing materials
- Manage email campaigns and report on their success
- Organize and participate in client events and other networking opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies to support sales efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role in the professional services field
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to write engaging and informative content for various audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
