Maintenance Technician - Second Shift

Snap-Tite Hose, a leading manufacturer of fire, agricultural, and industrial hoses, is seeking a skilled and self-directed Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment used in hose manufacturing. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering high-quality products to customers worldwide. Hourly rate of $20-$23/hr PLUS $1/hr shift differential for working second shift.

• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and equipment status.
• Install new equipment and upgrade existing machinery as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Welding, fabrication of frames and equipment
• Perform minor HVAC, pneumatic and hydraulic service and repairs
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and ensure efficient production processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

This position requires some on-the-job training.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Technical certificate must be held by employee to qualify for this position
• In lieu of technical training certificate, equivalent experience, other technical training or combination of the two may be acceptable to fulfill qualifications.
