As a Visual Artist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's communication by creating visually stunning, on-brand presentations that effectively convey information and captivate our audiences. Your work will support multiple departments, including Sales, Training, Onboarding, and Events, enabling them to deliver compelling narratives and engaging content.

Pay Structure amp; Benefits
- $50,000 Salary + Biannual Bonus Opportunities

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Must be able to work around tight deadlines for some projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides and other relevant design software.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing PowerPoint presentations, including animations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- A creative mindset with a focus on storytelling through visuals.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Presentation Design: Create captivating and well-structured PowerPoint presentations for various departments, ensuring they align with the organization's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to refine and optimize content, ensuring it is clear, concise, and visually appealing.
- Visual Storytelling: Develop creative visual elements, infographics, and data visualizations to make presentations more engaging and informative.
