Requirements

· Overseeing the Medication Administration and Nursing Program

· Providing Excellent Training and Task Delegation to Caregivers

· Assessing Clients with specified nursing/medication needs

· Overseeing Client evaluations

· Collaborating with Client’s PCP as needed

· A desire to help a vulnerable population

· A desire to pass on knowledge to our wonderful Caregivers

· A desire to be out in the community instead of the same facility each day

· A cheerful attitude and kind disposition

Additional:

· Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon

· Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and proof of valid auto insurance

· Ability to pass a background check

· Proficient with technology and electronic devices

· Ability to conduct training for Caregiving staff (material is pre-set)

· Ability to work independently

· Experience with geriatric clients preferred
