About the role
LifeMD is looking for a creative, results-driven, and detail oriented Project Manager with a background in B2B sales and or marketing to join our NYC office. The Project Manager will report directly to our Managing Director, Strategy amp; Business Development. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in overseeing business partnerships with LifeMD.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the day to day status of external/ partnership engagements to verify timely responsiveness and follow-up for all channels of communication
- Develop and execute the project schedule, including milestones, tasks, duration, dependencies, and resource assignments
- Ensure requirements are defined from internal and external project stakeholders
- Supports partner outreach by providing insights, collateral creation, and analysis of accounts
- Must have strong understanding of existing products and services offered by LifeMD, Inc. and subsidiaries, and understanding of GLP-1’s, Nutrition, Weight Management.
- Collaborate with leads and managers on opportunities to enhance the partner experience throughout the client lifecycle
- Anticipate opportunities and trends in the business line, market sector, and in adjacent market sectors
- Sustain the value of our partnerships through collaboration of teams and service delivery
Requirements
- 6+ years project management experience in relation to B2B sales or marketing, Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- MBA required
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource management
- Knowledge of project management tools, techniques and processes
- Organized and efficient - creates scalable and repeatable processes
- Competitive, goal and metric oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks with competing timelines and deliverables
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder needs
- Strong planning, and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
