About the role:
The Accounts Receivable amp; Credit Specialist is part of inMusic's Finance Department and reports directly to the Credit Manager. This role is responsible for reviewing all credit and accounts receivable activity and deductions from our customers, assessing potential customers' creditworthiness to optimize the mix of company sales and bad debt losses, credit-releasing new orders under review, and collections of overdue items. Additionally, this role reviews smaller dealer accounts for ad hoc research under the Credit Manager's direction, along with any other reporting or research for their assigned accounts. This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
