GolfSuites is seeking a Shift Lead that will assist in leading our team in Delivering FUN with passion for our Guests. We're looking for experienced, reliable, and a personable Shift Lead to join our GolfSuites Baton Rouge, LA Team in our purpose for Delivering FUN with PASSION!!
An Shift Lead helps their team provide best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests. By working with, training, and coaching our Team Partners, the Shift Leads have the time of their lives. Shift Leads have general operational responsibilities related to running the venue (opening/closing, managing shifts, etc.), but they make sure these never interfere with the Guest Experience. Additionally, Shift Leads may be responsible for assisting with other specific business functions, including Team Partners development and training, ordering and inventory management, and facilities maintenance. Shift Leads build relationships by creating unforgettable experiences. They do this by following our Core values:

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the team in providing best-in-class service daily
• Coach and develop the Team Partners and drive Team Partners engagement
• Uphold operating procedures and service and safety standards, especially the Guest Experience
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager
Key Qualifications
• 2+ years of related experience with experience in a high-volume, upscale-to-fine-dining restaurant environment preferred
• Advanced knowledge of standard drink recipes as well as advanced knowledge of food, beer, wine and spirits
• Availability to work varied shifts, including which may include mornings, mid shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work on a team with energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
• Working knowledge of applicable safety and sanitation procedures
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
