We are seeking a multidimensional Financial Analyst to join our team! The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization with planning, decision support, and monthly close activities. This position reports to the Manager, Finance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and ambitious thinker; meet critical deadlines; and develop and apply solutions and operational improvements. In this position, you will have frequent interaction with various functions and multiple layers of the organization. You will possess proven presentation, communication and professional skills.
*** This role is hybrid 3 days in the Fulton, MD office, Monday/Fridays work from home. What You Will Do:

• Preparation of weekly and monthly financial close activities including monthly forecast updates and preparation of support for required monthly reporting for Vista and other external partners.
• Finance review for deals that close in SFDC to ensure data is accurate with minimal errors.
• Approving purchase requisitions submitted by departments to ensure budget alignment.
• Day to day maintenance of systems owned by FPamp;A (Adaptive Insights).
• Ad-hoc analysis tasks to support various discovery exercises.
• Cross-functional collaboration to work with departmental partners to help with budget planning.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least one year experience with accounting and/or finance and/or business.
• Experience in the audit or consulting service lines is a plus.
• Be able to work from our Fulton, MD HQ Tuesday - Thursday.
