About the Job
The Senior Software Engineer, Product-Led Growth will report to our Head of Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Build a framework to allow the product-led growth team to take actions based on KPIs
- Implement automated actions based on defined and configurable triggers
- Partner with product, engineering, design, marketing and other internal teams to contribute to the overall product-led growth strategy
- Balance multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities
- Write clean, maintainable and well documented code
- Conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the performance, reliability and security of applications
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience in a backend development role
- 5+ years of professional experience with Java
- Experience with database design and management (MySQL)
- Python experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in design and implementation on AWS infrastructure with AWS services such as Elastic Beanstalk and S3
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven and organized
