Hello, nice to e-meet you! We're looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of the sales process and love conducting research on leads, this might be the perfect position for you. You'll be working to get meetings with potential businesses in our target market who are interested in employee listening initiatives. Basically, you'll be representing our company and our awesome products and services to potential buyers. You'll also be keeping track of data related to interested prospects and working closely with our sales executives to make sure everything runs smoothly. Areas of impact include:

  • Identify opportunities and provide sales support to sales team
  • Receive and direct inbound leads and leads from other activities to ensure everyone is diligently followed up with
  • Assist in conduct research and daily outbound calling and emailing to targeted prospects with the goal of qualifying and setting a meeting with the account executive
  • Generate and submit activity and result reports in Salesforce, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analysis
  • Occasionally attend educational workshops and career development and/or technical training

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative in a B2B sales development or inside sales role and experience selling to Human Resources (HR) buyers
  • Demonstration of past success in terms of hitting goals/quotas
  • Previous experience with CRM and Sales Engagement platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Outreach) preferred

Compensation: Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. This position has a base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 plus commission. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
