Job Description
Endeavor Consulting Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Program Management Lead to join our team. As the Senior IT Program Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex IT programs for our client's Control Tower Management Systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to define program goals, develop program plans, coordinate teams, and ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex IT programs from initiation to closure
- Define program goals, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop program plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, testers, and subject matter experts
- Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
- Communicate program status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to program team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT program management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT programs
- 5+ years of experience in IT implementation projects in Stakeholder Engagement, Communications Management, and Governance Management
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in authoring complex reports and technical documents, and documenting lessons learned for an IT implementation project.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
