Requirements
- Background in electric mobility, energy software, or transportation.
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude and passion for the environment and electric mobility; we are a very mission-driven company that wants to enable an emission-free future.
- Experience working with software product management teams and users.
- Strong critical thinker with a desire to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in product management.
- Engineering degree or MBA or experience in social science.
- Experience working in cross-continent companies.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer concerns and needs through interviews with and observation of customers, as well as gathering feedback from internal stakeholders like business development.
- Identify user behavior and trends.
- Support product trainings for internal teams such as Business Development and Sales.
- Work with the Product Management team to:
- Communicate ROI of the product improvements and new features needed for the North America market.
- Prioritize product features for the North America market and weave them into the global roadmap.
- Work with business development team to:
- Identify new competitors to the market and maintain analysis of competitors’ solutions and offerings.
- Determine what motivates users to make a purchase.
- Analyze market to identify target customer segments and pinpoint their solution needs.
- Support product marketing including communicating product value.
- Be the conduit between North America customer facing team and Munich Product Management team; responsible for understanding the global product roadmap, release schedule, and TMH product value proposition.

Total compensation: $121,337-$134,818 inclusive of base salary and other incentives such as annual bonus. Actual offer will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, and experience.
