Job Description
Path Construction is seeking a motivated, self-driven Shop Foreman out of our Arlington Heights, IL office. We are a rapidly growing general contractor headquartered in Arlington Heights, IL with offices and projects throughout the United States.
Duties will include: small engine repair, delivering materials to job sites, office handyman, researching and purchasing parts and supplies, etc.

Requirements
- Class C Driver’s License, or ability to get one within 3 months
- Knowledge on driving truck and trailers, NON-CDL requirement
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to learn how to run construction equipment around the shop
- Basic construction knowledge
- Ability to shop for best price on parts and accessories
- Ability to work on equipment and tools
- Basic automotive mechanical knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
