Job Description
Christopherson Business Travel, a globally recognized leader in Travel Management is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Online Travel Operations team. This position assists with client implementations and technical support of the online travel booking tools within the company. Specifically, this includes building, maintaining, and supporting online booking tools provided by, but not limited to Deem, SAP Concur, Zeno, or others as market demands require. This position supports our internal and external clients with a focus on the customer and overall experience when using our technologies.
Responsibilities
- Understand the online travel booking process for all systems we support
- Build and implement travel sites on SAP Concur, Deem and Zeno
- Maintain, update and communicate changes to our internal teams to provide the best experience for end users
- Offer SME support when consulting with customers and internal staff on best practices when using online booking systems
- Stay abreast of new online products and make recommendations for continued operational efficiencies
- Knowledge on integrations between our proprietary and 3rd party travel related technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in implementing and supporting Concur, DEEM, or Zeno.
- Experience working at a Travel Management Company
- Strong focus on excellent customer experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with 3rd party vendors to ensure timely rollout of customer implementations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage interruptions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
- Demonstrate leadership and presentation skills
- Flexibility with schedule (some afterhours work required 1 week/month)
- A general understanding of MS Excel/Spreadsheet data

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization.
