We are hiring an Accounting Operations Manager to oversee and manage the billing and collections process, chargeback process, and other areas of operational accounting for the Company. This position will play a critical role in ensuring that the Company appropriately engages, bills, and collects from its customers (including reimbursement) in a timely manner, and manages the end to end chargeback process, in addition to a plethora of automation and streamlining activities.We are in high growth mode and need someone who can come in, roll up their sleeves, and help build and manage a mature, robust order-to-cash, chargeback and revenue process that will scale with us as we continue to evolve and grow.   • Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash and chargeback process ensuring that customers are appropriately onboarded, billed, and timely collected and chargeback are disputed in a timely manner

  • Manage the claims payment to claim reconciliation process to manage outstanding reimbursements alongside the RCM team
  • Work cross-functionally and with third party consultants to enhance the current process, inserting controls where necessary, and automating processes where able
  • Ensure quality control over all billing/accounts receivable transactions and related financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer records
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the current process, reducing the amount of time it takes to bill and collect from customers
  • Ensure timely receipt of all customer invoices
  • Act as a liaison for the accounting department with other departments and externally with customers in order to solve billing/accounts receivable questions and disputes
  • Work with revenue accounting team to develop a process for revenue recognition to help reduce the monthly close timeline
  • Assist the Director of Tax/Treasury with the PC accounting and bank account process
  • Complete month-end close reviews and reconciliations, booking corrections as needed
Who You Are (Job Requirements):
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of order-to-cash/accounts receivable/accounting experience
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience
  • Extensive knowledge of order-to-cash/accounts receivable/accounting procedures
  • Familiarity with GAAP preferred
  • Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT acumen and experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Bill.com or related accounting software
  • Strong situational awareness and conflict resolution skills
  • Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation
