Our Mission

HappyFunCorp is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our growth marketing initiatives. This role will develop the strategy and execute multi-channel programs that significantly boost our pipeline and revenue. As Marketing Manager, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and establish the marketing function for the company. You are a tenacious, builder-type that thrives in ambiguity and opportunity. You have a proven ability to build and execute high-performing strategies that deliver multichannel results and positive ROI not just MQLs and pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet key marketing performance OKRs and KPIs that contribute to company goals.
  • Design and implement scalable demand generation programs, processes, and campaigns that deliver ROI and drive company growth.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure successful execution and alignment with revenue goals.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of high-impact lead generation campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, webinars, advertising, SEO, and others.
  • Develop and pilot ABM strategies that increase engagement and pipeline of our highest value target accounts in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Own the HFC social community and digital brand.
  • Oversee conversion rate optimization strategies, including funnel analysis, website optimization, and landing page testing, ultimately optimizing our website to maximize the acquisition of visitors, increase engagement, and grow revenue.
  • Own your overall program performance with support from Sales Leadership to analyze campaign, channel, and conversion rate performance data regularly to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
  • Identify customer segments, verticals, and personas to optimize lead generation efforts across markets, industries and ICPs.
  • Conduct experimentation across marketing programs, including digital marketing, demand generation, partner/ecosystem, lifecycle marketing, and events.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and driving action to improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading global digital and demand generation in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in Hubspot CRM/ Marketing Hub and running effective ABM campaigns, newsletters, etc.
  • Deep digital/ SaaS marketing expertise across paid channels, digital experience strategy, site conversion, SEO, and email/lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong background in demand generation and ABM for enterprise and mid-market audiences is required.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and its role in the digital landscape.
  • Track record of ideating and launching campaigns with demonstrable success in pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Prioritization skills, understand how to balance strategy while running the day-to-day.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, with prior success in aligning GTM team members and executives to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience in ecosystem marketing with a broad and active partner program, including leading events strategy and execution.
  • Prior experience building and scaling small teams at start-ups and/or scale-ups, including organizational change management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
