Job Description
Luxium Solutions is currently recruiting for a Global Market and Applications Manager. This global position will operate in a highly complex environment that spans markets, products, geographies and cultures. This position will lead the dynamic applications and technology team. The ideal candidate will be able to easily interact with customers, global sales and business development teams, product engineers, Ramp;D and manufacturing.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for directing application and technology management for seven key markets to include customer inquires in quoting prices, year over year variable margin enhancements and working with commercial teams to discover and satisfy customer needs.
- Develop strategic elements such as long term marketing for product lines, following new technology, competitive tracking and lead production, lead development for new product initiatives
- Actively manage and develop new product introductions and customer prototypes within established timelines
- Utilize financial metrics to prioritize projects and support development of targeted business growth
- Mentor team to establish and maintain technical relationships with customers while acting as the primary contact
- Develop customer specific technical communication plans with regular follow-up, including travel for face-face discussions, relationship development and technical presentations
Requirements
The Global Market amp; Applications Manager is results driven, focused on inspiring and motivating through meaningful communication with their team and has the ability to think strategically. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years expereince within Luxium Solutions in Ramp;D, engineering, operations, sales, product management or marketing.
