FreightPlus is quickly growing and is looking for an HR Recruiting Manager to join us! You’ll be the key HR and Recruiting lead in our office reporting to the VP of Finance. In your role you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts and growing our HR function.

Responsibilities

Recruiting:

· Collaborate with hiring managers to determine immediate needs and prioritize hiring goals

· Find, interview, and hire quality candidates across all disciplines with the fastest departments including: Accounting, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Carrier Sales, Carrier Operations, and Technology

· Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practices

· Serve as a strategic business partner and coach to leaders in order to positively impact FreightPlus’ ability to attract, hire, develop, and retain talent

· Expand development on FreightPlus’ internship program

Human Resources:

· Lead the HR organizational growth strategy

· Recommend programs to ensure FreightPlus remains competitive in the market

· Be a visible and accessible resource and coach to employees and managers and the first contact for specific people questions

· Develop and implement scalable programs to increase productivity, performance, retention, and engagement

· Proactively identify opportunities to standardize and upgrade our people processes and practices in advance of our current and future growth

Requirements

Basic

· 3+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience

· Experience in supporting general HR issues and administration

· Proven ability to think strategically, translate strategies into actionable plans, develop performance metrics and analyze results

· Comfort with high ambiguity and ability to adapt to frequent change and growth

Preferred

· 5+ years in an HR / Recruiting related function

· Prior experience in working in a growth business
