Provide administrative and operational support to execute streamlined processes and manage data for recruiting and hiring. Collaborate through proactive partnership across the employee journey by triaging issues, providing support and directing inquiries to other members of the team as needed.
This position is a full time, benefits eligible role, with a hiring range of $19.90 to $24.99 per hour.
Core ResponsibilitiesSupport HR Business Partners, hiring managers and applicants throughout the recruiting process, including sourcing, responding to inquiries, scheduling interviews, networking and community engagement.
Manage vendor relationships and source new candidates through passive and active recruiting approaches, including LinkedIn, Indeed, other online tools, community partnership, individual outreach, etc.
Maintain, monitor and update the Applicant Tracking System (Workable) including but not limited to posting requisitions, monitoring communication and status, updating templates, and managing system access.
Manage and execute advertising campaigns (internal and external), track advertisements and expenses, and process invoices.
Administer reference/background checks, post-offer pre-employment screening (POPES) and process invoices.
Support delivery of employment offers for -benefits eligible positions in accordance with recruiting cycle and deadlines.
Manage new hire data and partner with People Operations team to accurately create employee records in Human Resources Information System (Oracle).
Requirements
Position PrerequisitesAssociate degree preferably in Human Resources, office management or related field or equivalent experience desired.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong attention to details and organizational skills is essential.
Must have ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion. Ability to project a warm, welcoming, and competent image to customers.
Knowledge of sourcing efficiencies and candidate assessment techniques helpful. Proficiency with social recruiting techniques (via LinkedIn, Facebook, Internet mining (Google), Twitter, etc.) desired.
Experience working with cloud-based Oracle human capital management systems and applicant tracking systems is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems needed. Solid knowledge of general office procedures, equipment, etc.. Willingness and ability to adapt to changing technologies and systems.
Physical Demands and Working ConditionsGeneral office environment with long periods of computer work.Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a high stress environment and be able to maintain confidentiality of information. This role is majority in-person, @campus.
