Charlotte Mechanical, LLC, a top HVAC and Plumbing company looking, is for an Experienced Customer Service representative to our growing team!
Requirements
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Call current customers to update appointment/customer information
- Dispatch calls to technicians via dispatch software and GPS
- E-mail or mail invoices to billed customers as needed
- Support technicians by phone and email about scheduling, editing work orders, follow-ups, etc
- Write purchase orders and order parts from vendors
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Must be a team player and have excellent customer service skills
On-call once a month
- Take home iPhone and iPad
- Return calls from answering service and schedule appointment
- Paid per call
