Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in the Field Academy, and OR passed the MQI
• Proficient in Sugar, Slack, Google Calendar and ability to learn new software.
• Solid understanding of draw-to-job ratios and timelines to commissions
• Track record of teamwork and fostering a positive team environment
• Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
• High influential characteristics and excellent relationship-building skills.
