Job Description

We are seeking a self-starter who is passionate about driving change and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment where your work will have a visible and measurable impact on GTM performance.Your primary role will be to drive excellence in sales execution by orchestrating and executing our sales effectiveness methodology. More specifically, you will partner with sales management to help guide and develop every seller into becoming a top performer. You will ensure they have the tools, training and coaching required to systematically execute sales activities in a consistent and ever-improving way. You will develop, track, and improve sales velocity KPIs including pipeline build, win rates and deal cycle times.In addition to being a strong and confident communicator across all levels, you will have honed skills in leading projects and cross-functional teams. You delight in bringing order out of chaos with the ability to conduct agile research, develop pragmatic plans and learn / refine to ultimately lock-in a solid process. You constantly think 2 steps ahead assessing opportunities and risks. You develop strong convictions while being open and humble to harvest all inputs to mapping out the best path forward.

What you'll do;
  • Evolve / transform our sales execution program so that sales behavior and the underlying processes support consistent, successful selling outcomes.
  • Equip, train and coach sellers to continually improve their skills and confidence thereby driving KPI improvements including pipeline build, win rates, deal size and deal cycle time
  • Use data to identify competency gaps and process improvement and then work with revenue leaders to implement change.
  • Develop programs to enable and certify sales managers
  • Lead sales enablement for sales plays, product launches, sales methodology as well as the enablement strategy lead for major sales events including SKO.
  • Be the voice of sales enablement in helping to drive the evolution of our sales technology stack
  • Collaborate with SMEs to architect and deliver engaging and impactful competency building programs
  • Work with partner enablement and regional revenue enablement personnel to ensure consistent approach to equipping all teams.
  • Work with product marketing to define and equip sellers with the right content at the right time.
What you'll bring;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in a high-performance SaaS industry
  • Direct experience leading and executing revenue enablement projects including sales plays, product launches, training programs, selling skills and methodologies as well as hands-on experience with sales readiness platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in building and fostering strong relationships at various levels of the GTM organization from individual contributors to senior leaders.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to transform ambiguity into clarity.
