Sales Support Specialists are an integral part of the team here at Olea, and the main point of contact for our customers/internal stakeholders throughout the manufacturing process. The role is focused on providing a premium experience for our customers, by leveraging the most up-to-date technology to efficiently track and communicate progress to them.

  • Acts as the primary point of contact, and builds long-term relationships with customers
  • Assists customers with day-to-day questions and concerns, through various means, including E-mail, phone, screen-share, and in-person meetings
  • Serve as the Olea subject matter expert providing guidance and addressing challenges on customer projects
  • Develop tools, processes, and best practices to ensure customers are realizing the greatest possible value from Olea.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Leadership teams to share customer insights that inform additional product and service sales opportunities.
  • Provide expert customer insight to product management, marketing and sales on what innovation and continuous improvement is needed in the user experience.
  • Ensures timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Tracks customer orders throughout the manufacturing process, provides up-to-date status reports, and ensures on-time shipping of orders
  • Solicits customers’ feedback on service, technology, and product delivery; shares feedback with appropriate Account Executive and/or management personnel
  • Works closely with the Sales department and Account Executives to onboard and integrate new customers
  • Enters new orders into the ERP system
  • Organize meetings and various internal/external events.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Cerritos, CA. Starting pay for this role is $25 to $28 per hour.

Requirements

To be considered for the position, candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales support, or other administrative role; sales support experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred
  • Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish helpful
  • Ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with clients
  • Disciplined and organized with the proven ability to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines
  • MS Office and ERP system experience
  • Ability to think proactively and solve problems, limiting impact to production and delivery schedules
  • Collaborative and team-oriented player who thrives in a fun and fast paced environment
  • Growth mindset with a passion to learn and reach your full potential
