We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our US team. As an Account Manager, the main purpose of your job is to achieve revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals at an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts. This position can be based in one of our US offices or can be fully remote (must be based in the US).

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key customer contacts through team members and/or self. Create and grow new relationships throughout the account to achieve high levels of customer intimacy and support business growth and financial objectives (revenue, gross margin, internal market share).

Master the Acolad service and solutions portfolio, support team on business case and positioning of complex combinations of services and technologies, through Account Management driven opportunities or in collaboration with Sales and Solution Management.

Collaborate with Sales, Global Account Directors and Solution Management on business opportunities.

Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans.

Maintain, identify and develop key (potential) customer relationships.

Master the Acolad offering.

Monitor engagement and operation processes to ensure customer requirements and be customers main contact.

Ensure process compliancy, data quality in systems and adherence to Account Management Guidelines.

Act as liaison/facilitator between customers and other company resources to ensure excellence in meeting customer requirements and customer retention.

As needed, develop and manage a team of Strategic Account Managers through coaching, training, and on the job support. Drive acquisition and/or promotion of talents, and ensure retention.

Own and support process compliance within the team, data quality in systems and adherence to Account Management Guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Financial or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in Account Management managing large or enterprise accounts.

Account team leadership or direct management experience.

Significant experience in the Localization industry.

Strong analytical skills to match client requirements with our service offering and create/write compelling presentations and proposals.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this candidate is $60K-85K. The salary will be determined by experience and physical location of the candidate. The package also includes a variable compensation based on meeting assigned objectives.
