Position Overview:
Zenni is expanding and we are currently seeking to add a new Senior Graphic Designer to our internal design team. In this role, you will employ your creative skills to communicate ideas, inform customers, and solve problems.
The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Art Directors to manage amp; oversee Graphic Designers across all brand projects, ensuring we meet our design deadlines, providing design guidance and leadership across creative channels, and serving as the lead designer for all major calendar moments. Additionally, the Senior Graphic Designer will assist the Art Directors in designing monthly and quarterly tier campaigns, promotions, brand moments, etc.
With the constant goal to innovate and elevate, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing across all brand marketing channels (email, social, web, packaging, retail, wholesale, OOH, event, etc.) using our brand identity system. A comprehension of retail marketing is preferred.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Art Directors to manage amp; oversee Graphic Designers across all brand projects.
Oversee and create on-brand digital + print creative across all brand marketing channel initiatives.
Ensure we are meeting our weekly design deadlines.
Provide design guidance and leadership across creative channels: email, social, web, packaging, retail, billboards, postcards, mailers, events, etc.
Serve as the lead designer for all major calendar moments.
Assist Art Directors in designing monthly amp; quarterly tier campaigns, promotions, brand moments, etc.
Have a comprehensive understanding of all content opportunities and ensure we are utilizing appropriate art across all assets.
Skills amp; Qualifications:
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Designer.
Experience leading a team of graphic designers is a strong plus.
Previous experience in design for a retail fashion or beauty brand is preferred.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed.
Receptive to direction and constructive critiques while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed.
A creative portfolio that features typography work and creative branding projects.
A keen design talent, including a detailed sense of typography, photography, and design layout.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Bridge.
Experience with creating basic GIFs and video graphics. Familiarity with video editing is a plus.

As of 01/01/2023, the expected annual compensation range for this position is $110k-$120K Actual pay within this range will be based upon several factors, including without limitation education, work experience, certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs.
