Sigma Defense is seeking a Project Accountant candidate at the junior level with fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and or finance/budgeting, great attention to detail, willingness to learn new concepts, and strong communication skills for regular communications with project managers.

Requirements
- 1 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
- DoD project accounting experience is preferred.
- Affinity for finance and or math related fields is preferred.
Computer Programs/Software Experience:
- Microsoft suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience with JAMIS Prime is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, or similar field of study.
Essential Job Duties:
- Project billing.
- Project accounting and financial analysis.
- Subcontractor invoicing management.
- Revenue analysis.
- Project setup and management.
- Communications and coordination with PMs and Contracts.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually.
