Job Description

MEMX is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering complex technical projects. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, and designers, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Check all technical material for consistency and accuracy.
  • Create content based on the data collected from research.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address any roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Convert information into easy-to-understand content tailored to their specific audience.
  • Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.
  • Work closely with product managers to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and deliver customer value.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the financial services industry or a related field.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems.

Pay Range: $100,000 175,000 USD
