What You’ll Do- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, and designers, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Check all technical material for consistency and accuracy.
- Create content based on the data collected from research.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address any roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Convert information into easy-to-understand content tailored to their specific audience.
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.
- Work closely with product managers to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and deliver customer value.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in the financial services industry or a related field.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems.

Pay Range: $100,000 175,000 USD
