Requirements

• Provide customer site service on all Botrista Beverage equipment product
• Maximizes system uptime through proactive preventive maintenance.
• Act as a customer advocate to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Perform Installation Site Surveys
• Maintains company assets including parts inventory
• Other duties include accurate expense reporting
• Drives a sense of ownership and urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a first-time fix
• Handling critical issues - ability to identify, own and track any issues with an account, according to call procedure, to reach a resolution.
• Installs plumbing and electrical cross-connects.
• Installs necessary tubing through walls,
• Troubleshoots and inspects installation.
• Provide Support To all other regions for our third-party provider
• Perform Machine Training for our customers
• Travel - Training and Installations
