Job Description
DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Senior Identity Engineer to join our highly competent team. This individual will work with Enterprise clients, partners, engineers, and sales teams to design and implement solutions to clients. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, knowledgeable of best practices associated with Identity and Access Management solutions, incessantly client-focused, and has excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate should have subject matter expertise in implementing solutions such as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Single Sign-On (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Access Gateway, Identity Governance, Entitlement Management, Just in Time Administration, Least Privilege Principles, Federation, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust Architectures and Concepts.
Candidate should bring both the experience and business acumen of a seasoned professional along with a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning to bring the best solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain expert-level Enterprise knowledge of many of the following:
- Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services
- Active Directory and Related Services
- Entra ID
- Azure Multi-Factor Authentication
- Azure Conditional Access
- Entra ID App Proxy
- Entra ID Federation
- Microsoft Identity Manager
- Cloud Strategy, Architecture and Migration
- Quest One Identity Management
- OKTA Identity Management
- Industry trends and solutions related to Identity Providers, SSO, MFA, and Password-less Solutions
- Solutions for monitoring and managing configurations
- Architect, design, and implement identity solutions with a focus on PKI systems
- Perform Enterprise level assessments on various environments and provide recommendations for system improvements, and optimization
- Responsible for the solution planning, architecture, development, and delivery of Enterprise level Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, leading MFA solutions (Azure, Duo and RSA), and related solutions
- Deliver high quality work at the Enterprise level in both large-scale project environments and smaller, single staffed engagement models
- Assist with the analysis of Enterprise client business needs and develop proposed solutions during presales efforts including assessments, workshops, roadmaps, and briefings
- Knowledge transfer and sharing best practices to enhance the quality of the Security Product Catalog including the definition and delivery of new offerings
- Promote best practices in terms of both processes and deliverables
- Maintain specific knowledge of client environments and how our services relate to business strategy and goals
- Collaborate with the appropriate internal teams to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports client’s need
- Manage escalation internally to ensure appropriate servicing of client needs
- Assess and communicate risks associated with technology-related investments and purchases
- Ensure consistency of existing systems by enforcing standards and procedures for implementing technical solutions
- Experience implementing cloud-based security policies and procedures, control standards, and operational practices
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in securely designing, architecting, and running complex online services
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience delivering complex IT solutions as a security consultant, preferably as a systems integrator, consultant, or as part of a professional services organization
- Maintain expert-level knowledge in many of the following areas:
